These guidelines apply to video content (Reels) to be posted on Geist Brewing Co. social media channels where:
(a) the shoot/assets are paid for by another brand / not handled by the Geist Brewing Co. corporate brand marketing team
and/or
(b) the shoot/asset concepts are not developed by or concept ideated with the Geist Brewing Co. corporate brand marketing team
and/or
(c) the brand marketing team is not provided the opportunity to follow a review process and request changes within a reasonable timeframe
Frequency: A max of 1 promotional video or 1 collaboration post (see guidelines below) a week to ensure our community is not fatigued by this content and for us to ensure brand integrity and consistency

The following assets and details must be sent over e-mail at least 24 hours before the Reel needs to be posted:
The video file in .mp4 format - the video needs to be under 60 seconds and must use royalty-free music
An Instagram Reel cover (JPEG format) designed in accordance with Geist Brewing Co. visual brand guidelines (please note that we may re-design this for better compatibility with guidelines)
A unique, complete and grammatically correct caption along with hashtags/keywords as well as URLs of the accounts that collaboration request(s) need to be sent to. If other/Geist team member accounts need to be tagged in the caption, kindly ensure these handles are specified in the caption.
Sponsored content social media captions for reels must specify that the content has been developed in partnership or collaboration with the brand in question.

Frequency: A max of 1 collaboration post or 1 promotional video (see guidelines above) a week to ensure our community is not fatigued by this content and for us to ensure brand integrity and consistency

Additionally, we may (a) ask for edits in the caption/video/post before it is published and/or (b) ask for edits in the caption before accepting the collaboration and/or (c) decline the collaboration if Geist Brewing Co. and brand spokespersons are not represented accurately and appropriately and it is not possible to make any edits
